My responsibilities in the marketing departments at the Title agencies were to support our clients with marketing materials to help with lead generation. Each client would need social media ads and flyers for each property listing. In addition, the marketing department supplies the clients with additional collateral, including newsletters and informative brochures about the best spots for entertainment and leisure in their area.
Result:
I was responsible for designing and updating each property listing advertisement for each client to help with sales. Based on the realty company the client represented. The collateral would follow the design guides, ensuring all marketing was cohesive to the brand. Each design would be made for both printed and formatted to post to social media for promotion to increase.
