I created a poster along with some matching decals for the workers. I used a bright orange that was similar to high-viz safety vests. Iconography was designed to represent each part of safety equipment and actions visually. The word "FOCUS" is bold at the top, and the brain graphic was used as a literal metaphor for "A Mind for Safety."
